I was astonished the moment I finished reading the book. How could a man write about the feelings of a woman so well. The feelings she has for her husband, the love she has for him, the insecurities she faces, her desires and her wishes - everything is aptly conveyed. As the novel is a diary entry, it's in first person narrative. It has been done well. You'll feel as if Marilyn herself is talking to you.
The book will reinstall your faith in relationships. It will make you believe in love.
