As the name suggests, this book is a self help book that guides you on your way to success. The author talks about 14 steps which are simple yet very important. It starts with step 1 - the basic step and takes you to the last step. The author presents each point to you citing an example at some places. She presents her points in bulleted formats, asks you questions and makes you think of answers to these questions. The useful tips at the end of each important point is like a cherry on the cake. The language is simple and the content is presented well. 

These points, if followed, will surely bring you closer to success. It is a perfect companion on your journey to success.
